Protech group as a prominent real estate developing company in Assam has been offering projects that have revolutionized the socio-geographical look of the region. Keeping with our past achievements, the Protech group this year launched two new residential projects named, Protech Paradise and Protech Green in Kahilipara and Panjabari respectively.   1. Proximity with important services: A great residential locality is located in an area from where you can reach important services easily. Hospitals, police stations, and schools are few important services you would want to reach from your home as soon as possible in time of emergency. 
    There are well-known hospitals and super-specialty clinics close to Panjabari such as Rahman Hospital or GNRC. Similarly, Kahilipara Hayat is a popular hospital. Both these locations have numerous educational institutes and are well connected with the local market. 
  1. Transport and Communication: Panjabari and Kahilipara have their own city bus route. Both ASTC and private buses run on this route. Other than the city bus, both localities are well connected with numerous means of transport. The local commuters can opt for an auto, uber, rickshaw, and shared tumtums. These localities are also well connected with the National highway, railway station, and airport. 
  2. Population and living conditions: Kahilipara and Panjabari are designated residential areas within Guwahati city as opposed to commercial areas like AT road, GS road, or B Baruah road. As residential areas, these localities are less polluted, have higher green cover, trees, and fresh air. These areas are also sparsely populated making them an ideal location for peaceful living.
  3. Social life: Both the localities have well known cultural hubs such as Shankardev Kalakshetra at Panjabari and Jyoti Chitraban film studio at Kahilipara. The localities are also well connected with cities most happening places and malls in the G.S road. One of the biggest malls in the city can be reached from both the localities within 30 minutes.
  4. Safety: Two of the Assam police Battalions are situated at Kahilipara. It also has the office of the Special Branch of Assam Police. Panjabari is well-connected with Satgaon and Dispur police station. Further, the presence of important tourist and cultural sites make both these locations a very secure and safe zone.
