The gateway of entire North East India, Guwahati is a prior destination for infrastructure development in the Northeast of India. As per the ‘Realty Summit organised by “Assam Real Estate and Infrastructure Developers’ Association” (AREIDA) where a number of  builders, experts and investors from various places of India and abroad had attended, Guwahati is going to be the very good market place for Realtors. They can expect tremendous growth in the region for this sector. When we talk about the requirement of residential and commercial complexes, it is not far behind the rest cities of the country . Guwahati is in the track of fast socio-economic growth with the decline in insurgency activities in the region.

Assam’s capital city Guwahati is undoubtedly going to have the fast growing Real Estate market just like any other cities in India. It is due to the less-availability of lands and also due to huge number of people from other places searching for house rents and flats, even trying to build their own houses seeing the recent developments of city in last few years.

Facilities in Guwahati

Moreover, because of being listed as one of the 100 smart cities in India, Guwahati is going to have all the facilities just like any other metro cities. Additionally, a lot of prestigious institutions like IIM, IIT, GMC, AIIMS (Ongoing) that are getting instituted in Guwahati will increase the demand for real estate in Guwahati. Beautiful landscapes, temples, national parks etc. also contribute to the same.
