Reports suggest that Rohit Shetty and his family have moved into the top two floors of the 10-storey building. Named, “Shetty Tower”, Rohit Shetty’s Mumbai home is said to be Rohit Shetty’s dream home. The “Golmaal” director had been thinking of building property at one of Mumbai’s prime locations for 11 years and with his hard work and dedication, the result has finally paid off.
Rohit Shetty’s love for automobiles is well-known to every Bollywood fanatic and we have seen his blockbuster movies boasting a wide selection of cars. Hence, the director has decided to dedicate the first four floors of his 10-storey celebrity house to his collection of high-end cars. Some of the luxury cars owned by him include Lamborghini Urus, Ford Mustang GT (2016 version), Maserati GT Sport, BMW 7-Series (older version) and Range Rover. What you must also know is that Rohit Shetty loves to customise his vehicles. This is why you will see some of his automobiles including the Ford Mustang GT and Range Rover come with added features and unique colours.
While the first four and top two storeys of Rohit Shetty’s Mumbai home are dedicated to his family and automobiles, sources close to the director have mentioned that the rest of the floors will be rented.
Another source close to Rohit Shetty informed a major weekly tabloid that, “A source close to the filmmaker informed Mirror, “Rohit has a fully functional office with terrace-seating and a production house in Andheri and will not be moving his workspace into the new building. This one is his new home and he is living there with his mother, Ratna, wife, Maya and son, Ishaan.”

- Hema Malini: Rohit Shetty is also a neighbour to Bollywood’s “Dream Girl” Hema Malini who’s Mumbai home is in Juhu’s Jai Hind society.
- Ajay Devgn: A resident of Sheetal Apartments in Juhu, actor-producer Ajay Devgn lives with his actor wife Kajol and two children. Fun fact: Rohit Shetty commenced his journey in the Indian film industry as an assistant director to Kuku Kohli at the age of 17 for Ajay Devgn’s debut, Phool Aur Kaante.
- Hrithik Roshan: Popularly known by his adorable nickname “Duggu”, the “Dhoom” actor’s Mumbai home named “Paras” is in Juhu Road.
