Summary

The Gardner will have an inclusive understanding about the duties and responsibilities viz. planting, weeding, pruning, maintaining flower beds, garden and other landscaping areas. The Gardner will be adept in using gardening tools trimmers, edgers and mowers etc.

Job Description

1. Maintain and grow the garden & ensure its specific needs are met.

1. Mow the lawns, prune the bushes and trees, edge the walkway.

1. Perform basic work such as cutting the grass, weed control etc..

1. Plant and nurture new trees, flowers & other plants.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. The preferred candidate (male) with 2-5 Years of gardening / grounds keeping experience and basic knowledge of landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the facility management.

Job Description

1. Attending sales meetings and achieving revenue figures as decided by company leadership team.

1. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new project launches.

1. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

1. Making Site visits as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring proper briefing is provided to them for e.g. (about specifications/amenities) etc.

1. Report on sales activities to senior management.

1. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

1. Collecting customer feedback and market research

Education and Experience Requirements
