Summary

1. A site engineer works under the direct supervision of a project manager in a wide variety of fields ranging from construction to infrastructure and manufacturing.

1. In Protech a site engineer provide support to their supervisors throughout the design and development phase, make calculations and prepare plans for projects, and oversee and provide reports on progress and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensuring work executed is correct by doing checking of all activities.

1. Ensuring the work is completed in scheduled time and plan.

1. Recording the manpower available, materials available at site and raising indent / request for material required in coming days to avoid delays.

1. Estimation of Quantities of material required at site.

1. Ensuring work executed with Good Quality and Safely.

1. Maintaining all records of work executed and checked such as - checklist, pour cards, Post concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills and debit notes etc.

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Must be a Diploma / B. Tech in civil engineering

1. Must have minimum of 5-9 years of experience.

1. Must have building construction experience.

1. And should have experience of working in real estate sector.

The Maintenance Executive serves as a primary point of contact for customers in matters of maintenance issues of the apartment units of the building. The role requires the individual to attend both indoor & outdoor duties and events as directed by the company management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. He/She will attend to the queries/complaints/grievances of the customer and resolve the same or communicate it immediately to head office.

1. He/she should be technically strong in identifying defects in flats/apartments and providing solutions.

1. Carry out inspections of the building to identify and resolve issues.

1. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

1. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Education and Experience Requirements

Summary

The Purchase Executive serves as a single point of contact for all internal employees and external vendors of the company in matters of procurement operations. The role requires the individual to attend to outdoor vendor site and construction site visits as directed by the company management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collecting quotes from the Vendors along with all technical details & specifications.

1. Preparing Cost comparative statement along with technical details & specifications.

1. Taking management approval for awarding the Purchase Order to the shortlisted vendor / supplier

1. Follow up with Vendors for smooth and timely delivery of material (As per stock availability at site and site requirement)

1. Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the purchase manager.

1. Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

1. Manage vendor data base and create relationships with new vendors and gather information about their performance from market

1. Ensure that the indents received are processed as per agreed timelines.

1. Effectively & efficiently follow up with the vendors for timely delivery of proposals, quotations, and material supply

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Male candidate preferred; he should have a 2-wheeler & D.L.

1. Bachelor's degree required.

1. Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
