Roles

Roles

A CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate logs of all activities.

Responsibilities

  1. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activity or emergencies.
  1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and incidents and prepare basic daily security reports.

Job Description

The AGM Projects shall be the key person for estimation of project cost, budget, the construction timetable, and the construction strategy. He /She will liaise and negotiate with Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants and principal Contractors and Suppliers as per directions of the Management. The AGM Projects will provide technical assistance to the Legal Department in securing building permits and licenses as per law.

During project execution phase he / she will confer with Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor construction progress, including productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. The person will be responsible to resolve problems that may cause delays in projects. The person is accountable for responsibilities entrusted by the Superiors and the results of the work of the subordinate personnel.

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical
  1. To plan, monitor & evaluate execution of project Site Development and discuss progress with the Management.

  3. To prepare the Bill of Quantity and thereof Bill of Material (BOM) and their procurement schedule (including equipment’s and construction workers & Manpower plan).
  4. To estimate the project cost and Budget in coordination with the Architect, Materials and Accounts Department
  5. To liaise with Architect in preparation, review and finalization of engineering plans, drawings, specifications and follow up with them to ensure that documents are ready without undue delay and maintain reports.
  6. To review project plans, specifications, and advice the Project Manager/Coordinator and guide the Management appropriately.
  7. To liaise and coordinate with MEP Consultants to ensure that project progress is as per plan.
  8. To initiate cost saving measures in the project.
  9. To identify gray and critical areas related to the project and apprise the Management along with suggestion(s) to overcome these
Contracts
  1. Prepare and analyze project costing for such as materials, quantities, labor and time
  2. Certification of contractor invoices including verification of measurements, quantities, rates, compliances as per contract conditions
  3. Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities & assessing material requirements, indents, reconciliation of materials
  4. Negotiate contracts and work schedules & assisting in resolution of disputes related contracts and claims
  5. Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction, sub- contractor billing process.
  6. Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
  7. Assist in establishing requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure proposals will work
  8. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  9. Advise on a procurement strategy
  10. Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks
  11. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
  12. Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
  13. Assess completed works, oversee bills, and arrange payments
  14. Value engineering, suggestion, and evaluation of alternate methods to save costs and time
  15. Prepare periodic cost reports and assist the management in budget and cost reporting
  16. Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use
Education and Requirements
  1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  2. Minimum 15-25 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD, M.S. Projects, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
