All round goodness was truly the sentiment at the recent Protech Park activities. A health check-up camp was conducted for all the residents. Come Durga Pooja, the residents enjoyed in-house festivities with their neighbours and friends. The residents also came together for charity and donated clothes to those in need.
Anxiety and stress plague our times. A healthy mind propels a healthy life. Residents took time off their busy schedules to attend the ‘Stress Management Workshop’ conducted in February, 2020. The workshop was conducted by Hrdaya Yoga. The session included an introduction to yoga, different asanas and breathing techniques along with guided meditation. At the end of the session a visible glow of calm and peace radiated all around.
Celebrations are a great way to bring people close and who would know it better than the proud homeowners at Protech Tulip. The residents came together to celebrate Magh Bihu with utmost love, consecrating to their rich cultural heritage. The celebration witnessed many beaming smiles!
