- Mivan Technology: Also known as “Mivan shuttering,” the mivan technology works wonders to strengthen the various sections of a building with a smooth finish. The use of aluminium formworks further contributes to a building’s durability along with speeding up the roof casting and dynamic pile load testing. While shuttering is the process of efficiently holding the temporary moulds (plywood) of wet concrete in the early stage, formwork includes the comprehensive process of the entire construction procedure.
- Digital Level Marker: Positioning and levelling the various elements in any given space is an intricate job. It demands accurate alignment with the perfection to be comfortably used. Hence, Protech Group’s experts ensure the use of digital level markers. The markers are designed to install and fix different objects including sockets, railings and floor skirtings in perfect alignments.
- AAC Blocks: Lightweight and durable, each property of Protech Group is constructed with Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. Unlike bricks, AAC blocks emit less heat due to the less presence of steel, concrete and cement making them ideal for the humid weather of Assam. Additionally, AAC blocks boast high sound insulating properties which absorb sound coming from the outside.
- In-House Concrete Batching Plant: It is always quality that one seeks and we at Protech Group are committed to serving you with the best of quality in properties. We take pride in sharing with you that we will be using an in-house concrete batching plant for better quality control of our residential properties. Each concrete mix will be carefully evaluated by our experts before they receive a go-to for the construction.
